Comfort, cozy, and cheerful.
The toilet handle was broken.
It was nicely situated and ok value for money.
With a shared toilet and shower room I think that the price could have been a bit less.
We were warmly welcomed and attended to throughout our stay. Though the bathroom was very small, the shower, basin, toilet were all efficient, streamlined and smooth-running. The whole establishment was well maintained, guest information was comprehensive. Breakfast was good.
There was no temperature control on the radiator, which was too hot throughout. We were served breakfast on our second & third morning by a young lad who - in total contrast to the 'main' guy, who cooked the breakfast - was slovenly and sullen. He took our order slouched indifferently, hands in pockets. When we asked him to please bring more butter and fill up the juice jugs, he poured apple juice into the milk jug, on top of milk dregs still in there! Apart from this young boy and his attitude of indifference, our stay was very good indeed.
I liked the interior decoration, furnishings, peaceful location with regular quick rail connection to the centre of Liverpool and I enjoyed being in seaside location.
The stuff was very kind, very helpfull and very nice. The village is great, quiet and have a big channel where you can go for lunch or dinner to a restaurant... I would really recommend this hotel!
In my opinion, was a little expensive but, in general was very good, and we are very happy! If possible, we will go again!
Staff were friendly and very helpful, attractive garden, lounge/conservatory and dining room and pleasant, quiet surroundings. Good breakfasts. Good size clean and bright room. Fresh decor throughout.
We enjoyed the relative peace of New Brighton on the Wirral. Train services to L'pool was handy. Guest house was friendly and comfortable.
Everything was very clean and new, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating
We expected soap/shampoo for the shower but there was none
confortevole accogliente elegante, gestito da persone cordiali e disponbili
found the albion guest house the ideal place for a well earned break, very comfortable, very clean. and very tastefully decorated, friendly fresh freshfamily atmosphere, lovely full english breakfast as well as cereals, toast, fresh fruit juice, bowl of fruit, and the usual condiments, couldnt be bettered, lively co nversations with guests and staff as we sat in the well tended garden in the warm sunshine before venturing a few minutes down the road toward the sea front, highly recommended.
everything is perfect. we start our uk tour stopover here, and it's our first time staying in the bed&breakfast. and the first impression too.
Perfect. The lady that takes care of everything is perfect.
Linda was griendly and the location was handy for my needs.
Arrived early.Left bags and went out for afternoon. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good.Left our bags untill mid day departure. train station less than 5 minutes walk
could have done with a bath mat. Nothing to stand on when getting out of shower. No where to put soap, shampoo bottles in shower, just the floor.
Good budget accommodation that suited my needs well. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was good.
The shower room was a bit small and the temperature difficult to maintain, not a major issue but it could do with addressing.
